Your Personal Best

Did you try your personal best on your Athletics day?

Well I’m here to tell you how to do your personal best with 3 simple steps. First of all this is to prepare you for your next event.

Step 1: Train hard then give it all on the day,
If you trained and you got got all pumped up that's when you use all your effort you’ve done in training at your athletics day. But that's not just it there’s more remember there is 2 more steps to do your personal best for your next event.

Step 2: Just be yourself,
This is the easiest step to do because all you need to do is just be yourself by believeing and trusting your own self. Don’t try to be somebody else. It’s not just about winning its mostly about how you do it, all you’ve got to do is just
  1. Beleive in you own self
  2. Last Trust
These are the things you really need to focus on.

Step 3: Never give up,
Don’t give up on yourself think about you future, think about your family and what you get, do and earn to make a lifetime you should never give up. If you lost it doesn't matter at least you have tried plus there are other events.

There you have it 3 steps of doing your personal best, so 1st Train hard then give it all on the day, 2 just be yourself and Never give up.
